3. Messaging Between Doctor and Patient

Physio Plus Tech provides micro-blogging between the patient and the doctor so as to provide a secure means of communication. Physio Plus Tech gives in the best of efforts in terms of keeping the information secure but it holds no responsibility over the content of the messaging between the communicators, the content of the message is totally based on user's opinion and discretion.

4. Authorizations and Acknowledgement

We will provide you with a list of doctors or medical providers who may be suitable to deliver the health care that you are seeking based solely on the information that you provide to us (such as name of the provider, proximity to your geographical location, specialty of the doctor or provider, and additional criteria that you specify); you are ultimately responsible for choosing your own doctor/provider; Physio Plus Tech (i) does not recommend or endorse any doctors or medical providers, (ii) does not make any representations or warranties with respect to these doctor or medical providers or the quality of the healthcare services they may provide and (iii) does not receive any additional fees from such, you are ultimately responsible for choosing your own physician or medical provider.

If you elect to enter information in the Basic Medical Data on behalf of yourself or a third party from whom you have authorization to provide such information, on your request you authorize us to provide such information to the specified medical practitioner. You acknowledge and agree that such information will be reviewed and approved by you or someone authorized on your behalf at the time of your appointment to ensure its accuracy.

5. Registration

As part of the registration process, you will provide an e-mail address and create a password. These are your credentials for accessing the Services that are only available to members ("Credentials"). You should keep your Credentials private and not share your Credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for notifying us if your password has been hacked or stolen. We have no control over, and cannot guarantee the availability of any physician at any particular time. We will not be liable for cancelled or otherwise unfulfilled appointments or any injury resulting therefrom, or for any other injury resulting from the use of the portal or services whatsoever.

You are strongly advised to perform your own investigation prior to selecting a health care professional by making confirming telephone calls to the appropriate licensing authorities to verify listed credentials and education.

You understand and agree that the portal and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This shall include, but not be limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information or other intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Physio Plus Tech is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Physio Plus Tech is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Physio Plus Tech is proud to use EBS for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services)

You are solely responsible for the cancellation of your account. You can cancel your account at any time through the settings/subscription area of the application. Email or phone requests to cancel your account are not considered a cancellation.

All of your content and data will be deleted 90 days after cancellation or termination of your account. This information will not be able to be recovered. We recommend you use the export functionality of the Service prior to cancellation to retain any information you may require.

Failure to pay your subscription fees will result in your account being suspended. Accounts are suspended for a maximum of 90 days before the account may be terminated by us. We are not responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of such suspension or termination. A suspended account can be reactivated by supplying valid payment credentials and resuming your subscription.

If you cancel your account before the end of your currently paid month, the Service will end immediately and you will not be charged again. You will not be entitled to a refund.

Physio Plus Tech in its sole discretion has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for any reason, at any such time. Such termination can result in the deactivation or deletion of your account. Physio Plus Tech reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Refund Policy (Services)

Incase of withdrawal of the service within 24 hours your payment will be refunded detecting the service charges. While the product has been used more than 25% of the plan duration the refund is denied.

Refund Policy (Products)

If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a favourable refund. We develop and sell software that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to back our products with this special guarantee. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within ten (10) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
